Requirements

3-5 years of related Golf and/or F&B Operations Management experience.
Proven ability to manage P&L's and budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Strong business aptitude and service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily golf operations, managing a talented team including the Director of Golf, Sales Team, and F&B Managers.
Drive membership sales with goal-setting, strategy, and excellent member relations.
Maintain and expand the customer base by addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.
Ensure open communication through daily club walk-throughs and routine inspections of operations.
Collaborate with the General Manager on budget creation, revenue analysis, and expense forecasting.
Develop Food and Beverage knowledge, overseeing outside F&B, Tavern, and Catering facilities.
Implement revenue-generating strategies and assist in managing the reservation system.
Plan and coordinate special events, aligning with the financial goals of the club.
Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
Support Ron Jaworski Golf initiatives and programs as directed.
