As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you're a key player on our team. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: •Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards. •Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness. •Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. •Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles. •Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers. •Hands-On Involvement: You'll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you'll maintain a safe and clean work environment.
