About The Role We are looking for a hand-on Assistant Manager to support the performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing the team, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver results, maintain operational standards, and step in where needed to support both customers and team members. You will stay close to the day-to-day operation, leading from the front on the showroom floor and ensuring targets, service standards, and processes are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in driving showroom revenue, improving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring a proactive, solutions-focused leader who is comfortable balancing sales, people, and operational responsibilities.
