Requirements

  • 4+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants
  • Servsafe certification or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead hiring initiatives and training programs
  • Proficient knowledge of LBW management
  • Spirit of hospitality
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Servant style leadership

Responsibilities

  • Operates a high-volume restaurant, where constant evaluation of the guest experience is of the utmost importance
  • Maintains staffing pars by managing full lifecycle of hourly team members - recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide critical feedback
  • Champions our hands-on coaching and training programs for FOH for adherence to company and concept standards
  • Assists GM with developing key holders and entry-level managers to continue with their upward growth
  • Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to fine tune tableside service skills
  • Curates continuous educational courses with assistance from the leadership team
  • Tailors BPA experiences for our guests and team members
  • Tableside presence with guests to receive feedback and address concerns
  • Financial responsibilities such as inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, reconcile cash and credit card transactions
