About The Position
Maplewood Kitchen and Bar, a breakfast and lunch concept featuring local and seasonal ingredients with house pressed juices and artisan coffee, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager. This role involves assisting with the overall operation of the restaurant through managing people, product, quality, and hospitality. The company is looking for a passionate and driven individual to grow alongside the restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities
- Assisting with leading team members
- Training and developing all team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
- Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times
- Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
- Implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Groups standards and expectations
- Ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times
