Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to uphold company standards and achieve goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff on policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll administration, and performance evaluations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability.
  • Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.
