Position Summary The Assistant General Manager serves as the right hand to the General Manager and a key leader across the entire property. This high-visibility role works closely with the Beverage Manager, Special Events leadership team, and all FOH and BOH department leaders to ensure seamless operations, elevated service execution, and consistent brand excellence. As the face of the venue, the AGM inspires the team daily, drives guest satisfaction, executes operational strategy, and supports the continued evolution of Odyssey's renewed identity.
