About The Position
Assistant General Manager The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Requirements
- Previous IHG Brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
- Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
