About The Position

Assistant General Manager The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.   • Previous IHG Brand experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules based on business levels including nights and weekends as needed
  • Possess the ability to understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls
