This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Luna Grill’s high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The AGM supervises front- and back-of-house team members and is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and hospitality excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.
• Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and step into BOH roles as needed
• Manage schedules, coverage, and labor to ensure smooth service
• Uphold Luna Grill standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Coach, train, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a high level of hospitality
• Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is absent, overseeing the team and operations
