About The Position
A high-volume, dinner-focused restaurant group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee operations, drive team performance, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-service environment, and relocation is welcomed for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-service restaurant management , preferably in high-volume environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, fast-paced operations
- Willingness to relocate; local candidates are not required
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in a high-volume, dinner-only setting
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Monitor and drive performance metrics including sales, labor, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Assist the General Manager in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining operational excellence
