About The Position

Assistant General Manager – Valet Operations (Casino) Location: West Memphis, AR Schedule: Anticipated schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – Midnight with some flexibility Salary: $45,600 annually + Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO About the Role Step into the excitement of a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment! We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead our valet parking team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do Foster strong relationships with the casino’s point of contact and internal teams. Train valet attendants on safety, customer service, and operational excellence. Enforce company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism. Manage staff performance, including coaching, retention, and employee relations. Assist with hiring and terminations in partnership with HR. Oversee equipment maintenance and handle property damage claims. Conduct audits and “mystery shop” evaluations to ensure quality service. Create and communicate staff schedules for optimal coverage. Review timekeeping and operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction. Serve as the onsite liaison for customers, clients, and management. Ensure compliance with both company and client policies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience. Prior valet or hospitality management experience preferred; strong leadership skills required. Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred
Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels
Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines
Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
