About The Position
Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader from automotive, retail, hospitality, or fast food backgrounds who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The AGM will be the heartbeat of store operations, supporting the General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy, while also coaching people, solving problems, and building a winning store culture.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
- Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities
- Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
- Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
- Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
- Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
- Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
- Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
- Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
- Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
