The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations of the corporate cafe. The AGM will spend significant time performing managerial duties, as well as some back of house cooking functions. Key responsibilities include hiring, managing, training and developing restaurant team members as well as the management team. The AGM is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience, the safety of our guests, team members and property, and product quality. This position will lead and develop the cafe team to drive increased sales. The AGM is accountable for all operational and sales goals for the cafe, as well as operating within brand standards.
