The Crunch Assistant General Manager will ensure the members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. The AGM must have strong organizational and customer service skills. He or she will work closely with the General Manager and will have the opportunity to grow their leadership and teamwork skills as this role is preparing and developing future General Manager candidates. He/she will be responsible for helping to supervise and coordinating employees to better service our members needs, engage with members, and help ensure that we provide the highest quality facility and service to our members. The AGM embody the CRUNCH brand by demonstrating an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives.
