About The Position
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leadership position at Sun Outdoors New Orleans North Shore and is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations, guest services, staff management, and overall success of the resort. The AGM ensures that the resort's facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction while contributing to the profitability and efficiency of the resort. This individual will step in for the General Manager in their absence and work closely with department heads to streamline operations, resolve issues, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
