About The Position

As the Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by following brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver an amazing customer experience. You will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence. Requirements

• At least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience.
• Strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals and training employees.
• Ability to adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and recognize team members to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in P&L management by following cash control/security procedures.
• Maintain inventory and manage labor effectively.
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions based on findings.
• Ensure all employees receive appropriate training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values within the team.
• Drive Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors in the restaurant.
• Identify, recruit, and support the General Manager in hiring exceptional talent.
• Conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary actions as necessary.
