About The Position
Diced is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in healthy, fresh, organic ingredients. Our customizable menu options include salads, wraps, bowls, and smoothies catering to various dietary needs. We pride ourselves on using local sources and sustainable ingredients to offer our customers high-quality and nutritious meals. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading our team to success. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of management experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in managing and motivating a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. You will support the General Manager in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported. Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability will be key responsibilities. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures. Handling guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be part of your role.
