About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing expenses, labor, and overall performance while ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar supervisory role
  • Food and Beverage Experience Preferred
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Leadership and team management experience
  • Proven Experience analyzing financial and labor reports
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) experience required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in managing operational expenses and labor costs effectively.
  • Act as the General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Hold associates accountable for their performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Focus on delivering outstanding service to guests and addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and development.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation of all hotel functions.
  • Organize and conduct regular training sessions to reinforce service standards and operational procedures.
