The Assistant General Manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments enabling the Equinox club to provide the highest level of customer service. This role involves training and supervising the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and M.O.D managers while assisting the General Manager in facilitating all delegated projects and responsibilities. The Assistant General Manager will manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance. Additionally, this position requires educating staff on proper company policies and procedures.
