Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude required.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
  • Hotel specific experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region.
  • Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel.
  • Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success in their roles.
  • Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service at multiple properties.
  • Establish high service standards by hiring the right team members.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members in all areas of the hotel.
  • Role model quality assurance best practices.
  • Deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls.
  • Use good critical thinking skills to handle challenging situations.
