  • Support high operational standards by adhering to checklists and recipe specifications.
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep of equipment and shop surroundings.
  • Focus on ServeSafe food safety standards and shop safety.
  • Collaborate with GM on food and beverage management, including inventory and budgeting.
  • Assist GM in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Ensure scheduling is covered effectively, addressing any issues that arise.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Foundational understanding of P&L, cost of goods sold, labor/scheduling, and team development.
  • ServeSafe Manager's Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards.
  • Hospitality-oriented with a passion for guest experience.
