Proactively solve problems and maintain efficient shop operations.
Manage and lead shop and kitchen supervisors and team members to ensure excellent service.
Create a positive and efficient work environment for the team.
Support high operational standards by adhering to checklists and recipe specifications.
Manage maintenance and upkeep of equipment and shop surroundings.
Focus on ServeSafe food safety standards and shop safety.
Collaborate with GM on food and beverage management, including inventory and budgeting.
Assist GM in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
Ensure scheduling is covered effectively, addressing any issues that arise.

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
Foundational understanding of P&L, cost of goods sold, labor/scheduling, and team development.
ServeSafe Manager's Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards.
Hospitality-oriented with a passion for guest experience.
Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
