As the Assistant General Manager: Restaurant, Revenue & Events at StripSteak, you are a strategic hospitality leader responsible for supporting all aspects of restaurant operations while driving private dining revenue, guest engagement, and financial performance. In partnership with the General Manager and Executive Chef, you will help lead the dining room, oversee labor and administrative systems, support financial reporting, and collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to grow revenue through private dining, VIP engagement, and on-brand activations. This role blends operational leadership with commercial accountability. You will maintain a strong floor presence while contributing to sales growth, cost control, employee development, compliance, and elevated guest experiences consistent with Mina Group standards.
