About The Position

The Assistant General Manager at Mizumi is responsible for supporting the General Manager in efficiently operating the restaurant while adhering to cost control measures. This role involves managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with health standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent communication in English, with a second language being a plus.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage cost control.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position, preferably at the GM or AGM level in a fine dining/high-volume restaurant.
  • Experience in high-end Japanese cuisine is highly preferred.
  • Exhibit motivational and developmental skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for the position.
  • Must be 21 years of age or above.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost control measures.
  • Manage, schedule, and train restaurant staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
