Requirements

• Fluent communication in English; ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
• Experience in Food & Beverage cost control.
• Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position, preferably at the GM or AGM level in a fine dining/high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in high-end Japanese cuisine is highly preferred.
• Exhibit motivational and developmental skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost control.
• Manage, schedule, and train restaurant staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain the department in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
