About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager at Old Navy, you will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement the store's business plan. This role is pivotal in driving profitable sales growth through effective management of customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You will lead and coach a high-performing team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, while also stepping in to lead in the absence of the General Manager.
