About The Position

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who’s ready to lead with purpose, inspire teams, and help shape a culture of excellence. The AGM plays a key role in supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring our guests experience the very best of Daily Gather — every visit, every time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
• Previous full-service restaurant experience required
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive results
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
• Manage scheduling, labor, and operational flow to ensure smooth and efficient shifts
• Build strong relationships with guests and team members alike
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts to build a strong, engaged team
• Jump in where needed — lead by example and work alongside your team
