Requirements

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer service or fitness environment is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a gym or fitness center.
• Knowledge of fitness industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk department and communicates regularly with department heads regarding performance.
• Recruits, interviews, and makes hiring decisions for new front desk employees.
• Authorizes and approves all staffing changes including new hires, promotions, and terminations.
• Schedules all front desk employees to ensure proper staffing to meet club goals while adhering to payroll budgets.
• Creates a positive and healthy workplace that fosters constant improvement.
• Coaches, trains, and develops front desk staff's sales and customer service skills.
