About The Position
Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager at Club Pilates/Riser Fitness in Castle Rock, Colorado. The Assistant General Manager is a pivotal role within our studio, acting as the eyes and ears of the operation. This individual will observe and implement best practices while supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues that may arise. While fitness experience and knowledge of Pilates is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. As part of the growing boutique fitness industry, the Assistant General Manager will interact directly with prospective members, guiding them on their fitness journey and contributing to the studio community in a fun, high-energy, and service-focused environment. Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system, with locations across several states. Club Pilates offers group reformer classes tailored to accommodate a wide range of clients, from youth to seniors and beginners to advanced practitioners.
