About The Position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at BurgerFi is responsible for providing overall leadership and direct supervision of the restaurant team, ensuring that performance and guest satisfaction goals are met. Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of Restaurant Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Demonstrable record of success in QSR or fast-casual dining experience.
• Proficiency as an outstanding communicator - both written and verbal.
• Previous P&L responsibility.
• Passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of teams.
• Ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute BurgerFi's highest standards of hospitality, service, and financial performance.
• Maintain ultimate P&L responsibility for the assigned restaurant.

• Coach and provide ongoing training for the restaurant team, including assistant managers.
• Assure appropriate execution of local store marketing efforts.
• Interact with the community to achieve awareness and goodwill of our customer base.
