About The Position
Collins Aerospace is looking for an exceptional attorney to provide general legal counsel to the Power & Controls business. Based in Windsor Locks, CT, this attorney will provide broad front-line legal counsel as part of both the business team and the legal team in a highly matrixed global organization. Advises top executives as well as working teams in critical and strategic areas such as commercial negotiations and disputes, litigation, government contracts and regulatory matters, safety, employment, M&A, anti-trust, environmental, real estate, corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts and licensing law. This individual will work onsite at our Windsor Locks, CT location.
