Requirements

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and state bar member in good standing.
Minimum of five years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with all management levels effectively.
Experience in applying legal regulations in daily operations.
Willingness to travel as needed for corporate meetings.
Experience in conducting training programs.
Ability to persuasively argue the companyâs position.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide consulting services to the management team on potential commercial issues.
Select and coordinate assistance with external counsel.
Deliver regular updates on litigation status, benchmarks, and financial metrics.
Review legal documents and direct local counsel to maintain overall case strategy.
Attend key litigation events including depositions and trial proceedings.
Conduct internal investigations and craft responses to third parties.
Enhance legal service delivery through proactive measures and early issue resolution.
Maintain professional relationships with company associates and external partners.
