About The Position

Requirements

  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and state bar member in good standing.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with all management levels effectively.
  • Experience in applying legal regulations in daily operations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for corporate meetings.
  • Experience in conducting training programs.
  • Ability to persuasively argue the company’s position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to the management team on potential commercial issues.
  • Select and coordinate assistance with external counsel.
  • Deliver regular updates on litigation status, benchmarks, and financial metrics.
  • Review legal documents and direct local counsel to maintain overall case strategy.
  • Attend key litigation events including depositions and trial proceedings.
  • Conduct internal investigations and craft responses to third parties.
  • Enhance legal service delivery through proactive measures and early issue resolution.
  • Maintain professional relationships with company associates and external partners.
