About The Position
Dialpad's Assistant General Counsel (Corporate/HR) will act as a member of the Legal leadership team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The AGC will play a critical role in providing legal counsel and guidance to our organization on a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on corporate governance and employment issues. In that regard, you will be directly involved in all legal work associated with a potential public offering. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters outside your core responsibilities, primarily related to employment law / HR but also in other areas as needed.
