This role reports to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for driving the continued scaling and execution of the privacy and data protection program. The Assistant General Counsel will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy by design and privacy by default are embedded across AMD initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep global privacy expertise, experience leading and scaling privacy programs, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into risk‑based guidance that enables business objectives.
