Requirements
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and state bar member in good standing.
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with all management levels effectively.
- Experience in applying legal regulations in daily operations.
- Willingness to travel as needed for corporate meetings.
- Experience in conducting training programs.
- Ability to persuasively argue the company’s position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to the management team on potential commercial issues.
- Select and coordinate assistance with external counsel.
- Deliver regular updates on litigation status, benchmarks, and financial metrics.
- Review legal documents and direct local counsel to maintain overall case strategy.
- Attend key litigation events including depositions and trial proceedings.
- Conduct internal investigations and craft responses to third parties.
- Enhance legal service delivery through proactive measures and early issue resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with company associates and external partners.
