About The Position

Requirements

  • Advisory experience for ERISA fiduciaries on meeting their obligations under ERISA.

Responsibilities

  • Advise business leaders on benefits and executive compensation risks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in preparing disclosures regarding benefits and executive compensation for public company obligations.
  • Support global HR and Finance colleagues in managing existing benefit programs and ensuring compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  • Assist with executive compensation and equity compensation design, administration, and compliance, including stock and incentive plans.
  • Review benefit and executive compensation-related communications from an ERISA fiduciary and/or plan sponsor perspective.
  • Work as part of a team adjudicating and responding to ERISA benefit claims.
