The Assistant Gardener will assist volunteers with the care of Cranbrook’s gardens for the season. Assistance will include weeding, edging, planting, pruning, and trimming, and general clean-up of garden areas. The position will work under the direction of the Gardener and Auxiliary Gardens Management Chair . This is a part-time seasonal position. The pay rate is $16.50/per hour. There are three open positions. The dates of employment will be: Position 1 – May – November 2026, 20 hours per week Position 2 – June – August 2026, 20 hours per week Position 3 – May – November 2026, 8 hours per week
