About The Position

Penn State Harrisburg, a member of the NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for Part-time Assistant Game Day Manager for the 2025-2026 Academic Year , within the department of Athletics. Job Duties Assisting with Game Day organization of student-worker staff, event set-up/tear-down and in-game management, welcoming opposing teams/officials and directing them around the facilities, while maintaining a safe and healthy game experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Requirements

• May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
• Hours will vary between 12 to 24 hours per week.
