Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel, resort or destination spa or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in front office leadership position.
  • Organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent guest relation and communication skills.
  • Clean drivers record and may be required to transport guests.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all operational duties of the Front Office, including management of the guest services, registration, and overnight staff.
  • Delivery of quality customer service and resolution of guest issues, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
  • Handle supervisory administrative duties such as scheduling staff, payroll approval, interviewing and hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching and disciplining.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift, communication and one-on-one meetings and coordinating activities with other departments.
  • Ensure that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for the hotel.
