About The Position

The Assistant Front Office Manager oversees and supports the front office to ensure compliance with company operating procedures, standards, and total guest satisfaction. This role involves greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, registering guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information, and promoting the membership program. The Assistant Front Office Manager also accepts payments, maintains a house bank, supervises front desk agents, provides ongoing training, and resolves customer issues.
