Requirements

  • 1 year previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Supervise and support front office staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and reservations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and guest service excellence
  • Monitor and manage front desk supplies and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and service standards
  • Support management in administrative tasks and reporting as needed
