As an Assistant Front Office Manager at Accor, you will oversee the daily operations and management of the Front Office and the team during your assigned shift. This role involves coaching, leading, guiding, and directing the Guest Service team, which includes Front Desk Agents, Bellpersons, Doormen, Concierge, and Royal Service Agents. You will provide managerial support to other Rooms Division Leaders in daily operational duties and ensure a friendly, engaging service culture that aligns with the Brand's Vision and Mission. Additionally, you will manage staffing levels, loyalty programs, and guest recognition programs, while also maintaining employee morale and engagement.
