Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring absolute guest satisfaction at all times.

  • Resolving guest complaints with the efficiency of a New York minute.
  • Steering operations and cash handling in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Playing a pivotal role in ensuring proper staffing levels to meet our customer service goals.
