About The Position

The Assistant Front Office Manager at Hilton Orlando is responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of Front Office operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role involves managing guest services, team member performance, and operational standards in a vibrant resort environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of previous hotel experience, preferably in a large resort-style property of Hilton brand.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for guest care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of all Front Office operations including guest service and registration, room inventory, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, and evaluations.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
  • Assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements.
  • Oversee the VIP guest process to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities through upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel products, services, and local events.
