Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for fitness and knowledge of Pilates is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support the Front Desk Manager in daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and promoting membership options.
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class transitions.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
