  • Supervise daily shift processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs and repeat guests.
  • Train and direct the work of front desk agents to ensure quality operations.
  • Resolve problems and recover service when issues arise.
  • Enhance guest experiences by being knowledgeable about local area services and attractions.
  • Work closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to coordinate daily operations.
  • Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
  • Supervisory skills training or experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate a Property Management System effectively.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in customer service roles outside of hospitality.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services.
