About The Position

Thank you for your interest in employment with Southeastern Louisiana University. Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate football program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development of technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Highly organized and multi-task oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a fast paced team
• Strong leadership skills
