Requirements

• Experience in collegiate coaching and recruiting, preferably at the Division I level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in developing and implementing training programs for student-athletes.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes and evaluate their potential for success in the program.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations in all aspects of the football program.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes to support their academic and athletic success.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to develop game strategies and prepare for competitions.
