About The Position

The Assistant Football Coach - Offensive Line Coach at Western Colorado University is a full-time position responsible for coaching the Offensive Line within a Division II football program. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Football playing experience and/or coaching experience.
• General knowledge of NCAA Division II football practices and regulations.
• Ability to establish good rapport and relationships with players, administrators, staff, alumni, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Football Coach in the day-to-day operations of the football program.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, RMAC, and university regulations.
• Recruit student-athletes for the football program.
• Prepare for practices and games.
• Promote Western Colorado Athletics through events and functions.
• Assist with summer camps and other athletic activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the University, Director of Athletics, and Head Football Coach.
• Coach the Offensive Line positions and develop players in those roles.
