About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of related coaching experience.
• Valid California Class C driver's license with a good driving record.
• Understanding of NCAA Division III philosophy and athletics in a liberal arts setting.

• Prior college coaching experience.
• Recruiting experience at the NCAA Division III level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Football Coach in planning and administering the football program.
• Oversee and coordinate the offensive unit, including managing offensive player personnel.
• Conduct recruiting activities to attract and retain student-athletes.
• Attend all training sessions, games, team events, and meetings.
• Participate in on-field instruction, scouting, and coaching meetings.
• Promote school spirit and enthusiasm among student-athletes and staff.
• Develop teamwork, character, and adherence to training rules among student-athletes.
• Manage offensive game planning and play calling duties on game days.
• Oversee offensive quality control and video breakdowns.
• Coach an offensive position group, teaching fundamentals and techniques.
