Requirements

Have kitchen leadership experience (or you're ready to level up)
Stay calm when the lunch rush goes feral
Are organized enough to track inventory without losing your mind
Can lead a team without being THAT manager
Truly care about good food
Two years operations management experience dependent on sales, more years experience may be applicable.
ServSafe or Food Handling Certified desired.
All education backgrounds eligible, must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

Create moments of hospitality for our guests through great food and great service
Keep the kitchen running smooth (no chaos, just vibes)
Manage your rock star team's schedule, and make sure everyone's set
Order ingredients before we hit the "uh ... we're out of fries" moment
Maintain food quality and safety (health inspector = impressed)
