Requirements

  • Have kitchen leadership experience (or you're ready to level up)
  • Stay calm when the lunch rush goes feral
  • Are organized enough to track inventory without losing your mind
  • Can lead a team without being THAT manager
  • Truly care about good food
  • Two years operations management experience dependent on sales, more years experience may be applicable.
  • ServSafe or Food Handling Certified desired.
  • All education backgrounds eligible, must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

  • Create moments of hospitality for our guests through great food and great service
  • Keep the kitchen running smooth (no chaos, just vibes)
  • Manage your rock star team's schedule, and make sure everyone's set
  • Order ingredients before we hit the "uh ... we're out of fries" moment
  • Maintain food quality and safety (health inspector = impressed)
